Programs should focus on truly meeting the needs of the community, with emphasis on values-alignment, clarity, and trauma-informed design. Need short or long term support managing a project? My project management style is communicative, highly organized, and attentive to detail. Most importantly, I always make sure the "why" of a project is at the forefront. I can assist with establishing and managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining and expanding partnerships, data tracking and evaluation, and more. Feeling like a project is not meeting its intended goals? I'm also happy to help revamp your project, get back on track, and make sure it's sustainable long term.

2SLGBTQIA+ Training & Consultation

Community events take a lot of coordination! No matter the scale of your event, there are a lot of moving pieces and strategy behind hosting an event successfully. I manage that process entirely, from planning through execution, making sure things run smoothly. You'll be able to enjoy the fruits of our collective labor and be present with the folks and content of your gathering day-of the event. Gathering groups in-person is no small feat, and it can be such an enjoyable, grounding experience when done correctly.
